The hotel is conveniently located near a charming local cafe and within easy reach of the old city center in Naples. My room was beautifully decorated, clean, and had comfortable feather pillows. - the presence of a bidet in the bathroom was a nice touch. - I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this place and would gladly recommend it to others.

We liked this stay. We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, yet everything was amazing. The location turned out to be absolutely perfect, close to the local cafe which worked wonderfully and the centre of Naples and restaurants. Found Winecafe da Mario with perfect drinks 200 feet away;))

our recent stay in Naples at Palazzo Residenza Madre exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully finished. Riccardo, our host, was incredibly friendly and responsive, fixing any issues promptly and even organizing a taxi for our departure. The nearby pizzerias were also amazing!

Finally got to burn some calories by hauling my suitcase up all those stairs. WiFi helped me avoid talking to staff. Such a joyride!

Who needs privacy when you can do your business with an audience? A bathroom door would have been a waste of space.

The location of this hotel is ideal, as it is close to many great restaurants and within walking distance of everything. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with large split-level private balconies and amenities like a Nespresso machine and kettle.

I stayed at Palazzo Residenza Madre during a transit in Naples and found it conveniently located near the airport. The nearest airport, Capodichino, was only 4 km away, making it a quick and easy journey. the guest house was also close to Universita and Piazza Cavour, providing easy access to nearby attractions.

While there were several positives about my stay, there were a few minor drawbacks. the lack of an elevator in the old building was a bit challenging, especially as my room was on the 4th floor.
